We’re all busy – and it’s hard to find time to make a change.
Option 1 – We can guide you with checklists to get all your data entered yourself. This will be tedious but it’s also a great chance to get everything up to date. Once you’ve collated the info. You’ll have another checklist to make sure you enter everything for each tenancy.
Option 2 – Really sorry but you still need to gather all the info in one place. We can’t do that for you. Tenancy info. Certificate Expiries. All reminders for tenancy duration and a list of your contractors, but then you can hand it over and we’ll get it all entered for you while you carry on your busy days. See price options for data entry or speak to us. Then once it’s all entered we’ll do some simple system training and you’ll be up and running.
