Our Story…
The system was born back in 2002 as an early cloud management solution for a residential letting agency. Understanding the complexities and nuances of the letting industry requires first hand experience. That’s why The Letting System was designed by a seasoned letting agent who has navigated the intricacies of property management for years. Partnering with an innovative software developer, this dynamic duo merged their expertise to create a robust, user-friendly software solution that simplifies every aspect of residential letting and property management.
About Jo-Blaise
I am a Director of a busy independent Letting Agency in the heart of Brighton. I love the outdoors, and free time is spent running, kayaking, doing wildlife photography, underwater free diving, wildlife rescues and filming and photographing Coral Reef Fish and Cetaceans. www.jbmwildlife.com
I absolutely love my job and am very lucky to have a fantastic team, I have the highest qualification in the industry and Fellowship Membership with our Governing Body. I have an excellent understanding of the Law associated with Residential Lettings. Together with my team we manage 500 properties and generally have fun days lettings properties, managing all aspects that that brings and of course problem solving. All this involves a high level of communication amongst ourselves, clients and tenants. If you can get that bit right, it makes for a very satisfying job.
The Lettings System is really important to me and I truly believe it will make many people’s lives a lot easier. We couldn’t have done any of this without Simon who stepped in in 2002 to design and build the system for us.
Being so streamlined with it’s features, this in turn minimises salaries and the amount of people required within the office. Essentially saving costs, or freeing up current people’s time, creating breathing space for progression, training and growth.
About Simon
I am a web developer and owner of a successful web development company based in Brighton & Hove and have been providing technical applications and support for the past 25 year.
I have a wealth of programming and development experience working across a number of varying sectors, projects and platforms.
It has truly been a fantastic journey working with Jo to create the Letting System from its early beginnings to the advanced system it is today. I take pride in how it is now aiding others to support and streamline their agencies as it has done for Jo’s company over the past many years.
Other than my strong interests in technology and building web applications, I enjoy spending time with my family of 3 children, mountain biking over the South Downs, photography and travel.
